Employment Link is a private, non-profit employment agency for people with all types of disabilities. We have been linking the business community with dedicated, hard working employees since 1960. Unlike most employment agencies, our non-profit status means we do not charge our employers any fees. You simply pay the employee’s wages and we do the rest!

We provide each or our customers (employers, the worker with a disability and the community at large) with the highest quality individualized customer service possible. In order to provide outstanding employment services, we provide our employees with the most comprehensive, up-to-date training available. Plus, many of our employees have ten or more years of employment service experience and knowledge to share with our newer staff members. We are dedicated to a long future of providing high-quality, flexible services to meet the needs of our new and existing customers.

Our job developers work with you to determine and meet your unique staffing needs. We can provide you with one or more employees on a short or long-term basis. Whatever works best for you.

Working Interviews
We offer employers and job seekers the opportunity to “try on” a job for a day before making the decision to hire.

On-the-Job Support and Training
You and your new employee will have the support and expertise of an Employment Consultant. Their role is to implement strategies to assure your objectives are met.

Long-Term Customer Service
Once you become an Employment Link employer and your new hire is fully trained, we will still be available for assistance on an ongoing basis.
